GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

§ 1 Validity of the conditions
Deliveries, services and offers from MG Essentials AG are made exclusively on the basis of
of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. With
the order of the goods, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted. The buyer's terms and conditions of purchase are hereby rejected. Deviations from these
Terms and Conditions are only effective if MG Essentials AG confirms them in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and transfer of risk
By completing an order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions and thereby enters into them contractual relationship with MG Essentials AG. The binding sales contract comes with the
dispatch of the ordered goods. The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the
consignment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. If the shipping
is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of our own, the risk passes with the notification of the readiness for dispatch to the buyer. The assumption of the transport costs by MG Essentials
AG has no influence on the transfer of risk.

§ 3 Delivery
All orders received by 4:00 p.m. are usually dispatched the next working day
and delivered by the Swiss Post.

§ 4 Prices and terms of payment
The prices valid on the day of the order apply, as displayed in the online shop. The prices are in Swiss francs and, unless otherwise agreed, are excluding transport costs and including the statutory value added tax. Price changes remain reserved.
MG Essentials AG only accepts those payment methods offered during the ordering process in the online shop. These are: Apple Pay, TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna.

§ 5 Complaints
The customer is obliged to check the delivery upon receipt. Complaints must be
emailed to office@mgessentials.ch within 5 days of the delivery date.

§ 6 Return policy
The goods cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of damaged goods. Returns without the prior consent of MG Essentials AG will not be accepted. Postage costs are at the expense of the customer.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability or Exclusion of Liability
Claims for damages from impossibility of performance, from breach of contract
Culpability at the conclusion of the contract and from tortious acts are against us as well as

against our vicarious agents or vicarious agents, unless intentional
or grossly negligent action.
Any liability for consequential damage resulting from the use of the products is rejected.

§ 8 Data protection
Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We hold each other
of course to the legal provisions on data protection.
The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions. With the acceptance of these terms and conditions, you also agree to the privacy policy.

§ 9 Copyright
All content, photos, texts, and graphics are protected by copyright. The copyright and
all other rights to content, images, photos, or other files on the website belong
exclusively of MG Essentials AG. Without the prior written permission of MG
Essentials AG may not copy, change, duplicate, or modify them, either in whole or in part
to be published. 

§ 10 Jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the customer and MG Essentials AG are subject to the
Swiss law. Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is at the respective headquarters of MG
Essentials AG. However, MG Essentials AG is entitled to ask the client to
to the competent court of his place of residence.
